The Pilates Room is a fully equipped Pilates studio based in South West Dublin.
Created with love and attention and an aim to create a warm, open and welcoming environment for anyone wishing to explore this wonderful practice.
With a focus on the individual body, you will be put through your paces, which will be determined by your level, but you will emerge with so much more.

Centering is vital in Pilates and where all movement radiates from. A strong, stable and flexible centre is the definition of this method
and the support you need for a healthy back.

Strengthens and tones muscles, using resistance of varying degrees on the equipment which also support balance, increases coordination & decreases stress.
